Directions for use

Remove the protective films from under the patches.

Apply the patches to clean, dry skin on desired body areas.

Leave on for at least 1 hour, ideally overnight.

Gently remove the patches.

Rinse with lukewarm water if necessary.

Allow to air dry.

Place the patches back on the plastic film for next use.
