Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, beauty products that have been opened or used cannot be returned.
Returns are accepted only if:

the request is made within 14 days of receipt

Exchanges
Exchanges are possible if:

the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

you contact us within 7 days of delivery
We will send you a new product free of charge.
